At BCS Basecamp, your privacy is our top priority.
If you signed up or logged in using a social account (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.) and wish to delete your personal data connected to that login, please follow the process below.


1) What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information associated with your social login:

  • Your name, email address, and profile picture (if collected)
  • Social provider ID (e.g., Google/Facebook/Apple user ID)
  • Authentication tokens and session data

2) What Data May Be Retained (for Legal or Security Reasons)

Some limited information may still be stored for legal or administrative purposes:

  • Backup copies (until automatically expired or overwritten)
  • Payment or transaction records required by tax or audit laws (these are stored separately and are not linked to your identity)

All such data will be anonymized or de-identified whenever possible.


3) How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data in two simple ways:

A. From Your Account (Recommended)

Confirm your deletion request — you’ll receive an email confirmation once the process begins.

Log in to your BCS Basecamp account using your social login.

Go to Account â†’ Settings â†’ Privacy & Security â†’ Delete Account / Delete Social Data.

4) Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will begin processing it within 30 business days.
In rare cases (e.g., legal or backup system delays), full deletion might take a bit longer — you’ll be notified via email if that happens.


5) What Will Happen After Deletion

  • You will no longer be able to log in using that social account.
  • Your course progress, purchase records, or subscriptions linked to that account may also be removed or become inaccessible.
  • If you want us to delete only your social login info but keep your course data, mention it in your email request.

6) Third-Party Social Providers

Even after deletion on our end, your social provider (Google/Facebook/Apple) might still show BCS Basecamp as a connected app.
To fully remove access:

  • Go to your social account settings → Apps & Permissions / Connected Apps
  • Find BCS Basecamp and revoke access

This ensures full removal from both sides.
